Light, music and water come together

Following an extensive renovation, AquaFun at Sportiom in ’s-Hertogenbosch was given a completely new look. With new water slides, a spray park and various experience elements, water, light, visuals and sound come together.

EVA Optic supplied the RGBW underwater lighting and EVA Hydra lights. The lighting is integrated into the overall experience and can be coordinated with music, video and different scenarios. This allows the atmosphere and appearance of the swimming pool to be adapted at any time.

A special lighting effect with EVA Hydra

At the touch of a button, the atmosphere in AquaFun can be transformed. From calm, atmospheric lighting during the day to dynamic lighting for events and disco swimming, EVAsubaqua RGBW underwater lighting brings the water to life with powerful colours.

For a moving disco effect, a special solution was developed using multiple EVA Hydra RGBW lights. By controlling the individual lights separately and alternately, the impression of moving light is created without any moving parts.

This combines a dynamic lighting effect with lighting designed for the demanding swimming pool environment.

Light, visuals and sound as one

Lighting, music, video and other effects can be controlled together. Different programmes can transform the entire atmosphere of the pool, from a calm swimming environment to a colourful light show.

Good visibility remains important even when coloured lighting is used. When required, the atmospheric lighting can immediately be switched to white light while the other visual and sound effects are stopped.

With EVAsubaqua RGBW and EVA Hydra, lighting becomes an active part of the attraction. This allows the same swimming environment to create a different atmosphere and experience time and again.
