Every pool environment sets its own requirements. An Olympic pool calls for very high illuminance and a flicker-free image for the cameras, a water park for luminaires that burn from early morning to late evening and can take a knock, and a dive tank for airtight housings that withstand the pressure at extreme depth. EVA delivers the quality such a project requires.

Heat, humidity and chlorine vapour place high demands on lighting in a pool. EVA Optic develops pool lighting built for that from the first design onwards, down to component level.
More about above-water lighting technologyEVAline is available with symmetric, wide and asymmetric optics. The asymmetric optic aims the light diagonally into the pool and can be mounted above the walkway: directed light, fewer luminaires, and maintenance from the side.
Backstroke swimmers and water polo players regularly have the ceiling in view, and conventional covers produce afterimages there that disturb orientation. The microprismatic cover keeps glare well below UGR 19, completely flicker-free.
The ambient temperature above a pool can rise high, and heat shortens the service life of led. The Auto Temperature System monitors the temperature and dims imperceptibly above 45 °C to protect the leds. For maximum led service life.
Base, light and cover modules together form one continuous light line. The light point sits exactly where the lighting plan requires it. Light and cover modules click onto the base without tools, for easy mounting and maintenance.

EVA Optic products are independently tested and meet the standards that apply to pools and public swimming water. If your specification calls for particular documents, we will look together at what is needed.

From design to handover
EVA Optic does not only supply luminaires. At every stage of a pool project we work with the architect, the consultant and the installer. From the sketch design onwards we think along about what is possible in this pool, we produce the lighting calculations, positioning proposals and the substantiation for the specification. Our products are designed to install quickly and without errors; mounting manuals, installation videos and wiring diagrams are on the product page for each product.
For public projects
